Prestige is built for families who want the whole household taken care of, including everyday clothing, towels, bedding, and baby clothes. No matter which membership you choose, Doblado is designed to make laundry one less thing you have to think about.
You can fill your Doblado bag with everyday washable items, including regular clothing, delicates, baby clothes, towels, sheets, linens, and comforters. If it fits in your bag and can be safely laundered, we'll clean it with the proper care.
Dry cleaning is not included.
You can fill your Doblado bag with as much washable laundry as it can properly hold, as long as the bag can close securely with the lock. To keep the service safe, consistent, and fair for every member, we cannot pick up bags that are overstuffed or unable to close properly.
Not yet, but we hope to offer dry cleaning in the future. For now, Doblado is focused on everyday washable laundry, including regular clothing, delicates, baby clothes, towels, sheets, linens, and comforters. If it can be safely washed and fits inside your Doblado bag, we'll care for it properly.
Doblado will serve most of South Florida, including Miami Dade and parts of southern Broward. As we grow, we plan to continue expanding our service area so more customers can experience Doblado. If you are unsure whether your address is within our current coverage area, send us a request and our team will confirm availability.
Our memberships are designed to be simple and transparent. You choose your plan, pay one clear rate, and use the included pickups and bag capacity in your membership. If you need something outside your plan, such as extra volume, business laundry, vacation laundry, or a one time pickup, we can help with a custom request.
After you choose your membership, you'll receive your Doblado welcome box with your laundry bag and simple instructions. From there, you fill your bag, schedule your pickup, and we handle the rest.
No, you do not need to separate everything yourself. Place your everyday washable laundry inside your Doblado bag, and our team will handle each item with the proper care. Delicates, baby clothes, towels, linens, sheets, and comforters are reviewed and cleaned according to their needs, so your laundry is handled properly without you having to overthink it.
Turnaround time depends on your membership. Essential orders are returned within up to 48 hours. Signature orders are returned within 24 hours. Prestige orders are returned within 24 hours. If we are able to return your laundry sooner, we always will.
If you need more laundry care outside of your membership, you can add an extra bag or request an additional pickup as a one time service. Rates may vary depending on your plan and what is needed. Just reach out to our team, and we'll help you choose the best option.
